Hi my friends! Today, I’m sharing a miniature pillow that I sewed and added pom pom trimming to the edges. This project came together very fast.
I used the same pattern in this post when I made a square pin cushion. The only difference is this time, my fabric was cut to approximately larger than in the video. My pillow without the trimming measures 6-1/2″ x 3-1/2″. I chose 2 different patterns for the front and back. The back is a solid brown/golden fabric (sorry, I forgot to take a picture of the back 🙁 ).

I picked up my fabric at my local thrift store. Sometimes, they have bags of fat quarters or extra fabrics that they sell in a bundle.


The pom pom trimming I bought on AZ for another project on my cardmaking blog. I made a tissue box holder that looks like a home and added the trimming around the roof. Here’s a picture of it, you can read the post here.
